Problem summary

  • Loading AOT code from the shared class cache can fail
    due to erroneous AOT field validation checks. This is not a
    functional problem. The AOT load will be replaced by a JIT
    compilation. However, partially losing the ability to use AOT
    code can slow down the startup of applications. Throughput
    performance should not be affected.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.1 GA FP1
    .
    The JIT was modified to fix the AOT field validation checks
    performed during AOT relocation.
    .
    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20110223 or later
