• Environment: mySAP 6.2.0 IF12

        Windows Server EE 2003 SP2 R2
  
  
  Problem Description: tacmd addsystem for ITM SAP agent removes
  registry setting CT_CMSLIST
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  1. Remotely deploy the SAP agent creating 1 instance.
  2. Right Click on the instance & select reconfigure.
  3. Click "OK" on "Agent Advanced Configuration" window.
  4. Then click "Cancel" on "mySAP Agent configuration" window.
  2. After reconfigure the agent, property "CT_CMSLIST" gets
  deleted from the registry.
  

Local fix

• Add CT_CMSLIST to the KSAENV file

  Also if we create instanse remotely then this issue occurs.
  After applying 6.2.0-TIV-ITM_SAP-IF0012/IF0013,
    "tacmd addsystem" for ITM SAP agent removes registry setting
    CT_CMSLIST. Resovles the issue of creating new SAP agent
  instance
    remotely when SAP Agent patch level 6.2.0-TIV-ITM_SAP-IF0014
  is applied.
    SAP Agent instance created with lower version will still face
  this issue.
