Local fix

  • Work Packets Overflow Handler for "Balanced" might fail if Work
    Packets Overflow occur while GC is running in concurrent mode.
    Problem may be avoided by increasing of work packets number by
    specifying -Xgcworkpackets<N> where <N> is a number of work
    packets, will be rounded down to be multiple of 5 or using GC
    policy other then "balanced"
