IT36756: Memory leak in amqrmppa process

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A memory leak happens in the amqrmppa process.  If the queue
  manager is not periodically restarted then available memory may
  be exhausted.
  

Local fix

• Use a value other than SHARECNV(1) for channels.
  
  Periodically restart the queue manager

  Users of channels set to SHARECNV(1) may be affected by this
  problem.  If MQPMO_ASYNC_RESPONSE is in use then there may be a
  greater chance of the problem occurring.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A problem in managing pool buffers meant that memory can
  sometimes be leaked.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was corrected to ensure that memory is freed at the
  correct time.
