Error description

  • Due to some values in the Spectrum Protect Plus catalog to be
    unexpectedly null, VM restore issue may exhibit one or more
    symptoms:
    Symptom 1:
    VM restore job may fail with the following error messages seen
    in the joblog:
    CTGGA2177,Unexpected error during recovery step (Mount
    hypervisor NFS volumes). Contact support for further assistance.
    Virgo log may display the following error messages:

    following errors while trying to load the restore point for the
    VM:
