    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When executing the amqrfdm utility with a modified LANG/locale
setting, it was possible that the formatted time string was too
large for the available buffer, resulting in the message above
    being printed instead.

The problem is caused when OS calls strftime() used for
formatting date time returns more characters than the allocated
buffer can hold. This can occur when the locale settings are
modified to a specific language like ko_KR.UTF-8.

Problem conclusion

  • The OS time formatting call returning bigger length for a
specific LANG/locale settings was causing the issue. The code
was changed to accommodate a formatted string of greater length.

In cases where the formatted string remains too large for the
available buffer, the timestamp will be printed as an epoch time
    value.
