APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When the last connection in the default list of connections
(as shown by DIS CONN(*) in runmqsc) does not have any object
handles associated, the PCF equivalent of command
"DIS CONN(*) TYPE(HANDLE)" does not return normally, but
returns with warning reason code 2033 on the reply queue.

Local fix

  • Retry PCF command after some time again or ensure that last
object in the list from 'DIS CONN(*)' from runmqsc has an object
handle associated with it.

Problem summary

  •  The logic to determine the last connection
to report is sometimes wrong.

Problem conclusion

  •  The problem has been fixed.
