Error description

• PComm v14 reads every printer connected to the print server thus
  it creates a very long printer name and it causes the sessions
  to crash when starting up. The issue is reproduceable in
  PComm v13.0.1

  Steps to recreate
  1.	Go to File -> Printer Setup menu.
  2.	Select the Printer name which has more than 256 character
  length.
  3.	Save the WS File.
  4.	PCSWS Crashes.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSPD.DLL changes have been made to increase the buffer size for
  the Printer Name.
