• SPE Remote Map Test fails with newer IBM JDK versions.
  
  The compiled Java classes are referencing a "Sun"
  package which has restricted access in newer versions of
  JDK:
  import com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.security.utils.Base64;
  
  The SPE Remote Map Test should use the same package and Base64
  class as the REST API classes:
  import com.ibm.xml.enc.dom.Base64;
