Error description

• Using PCOMM v14 for Windows (64-bit) on Windows 10 Enterprise
  under Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 and Microsoft .NET Framework
  Version 4.8 the user is unable to add PCOMM autECL* libraries.
  Reference to 'PCOMM autECLSession Automation Object 1.1 Library
  could not be added. Could not register the ActiveX type library
  \Program Files\IBM\Personal Communications\autsess.tlb'."
  Adding either "*.tlb" or "*.dll" file does not allow it to be
  added to the IDE.

  * left panel and enable check box for PCOMM-autECLSession      *
  * automation object 1.1 library (Autsess.tlb version 1.1),     *
  * click OK button to close the Reference Manager window.       *
  * 4) Verify the changes are reflected in the check box         *

Problem conclusion

• The problem is caused by mismatched library version numbers.
  AUTSESS.ODL file has been changed to version 1.1
