    UPdate the following message/event as follows.
    
    CWZIP3529E_action=Ensure that your Call Home
    configurationsettings
    are correct and that your system can communicate
    with IBM. If required, contact IBM Support to request that the
    service ticket be closed.  If the error message is "CWZIP3554E
    Connection to the remote host failed.",  the problem seems to be
     caused on your network. Please ensure that your network can be
    connected to IBM.
