Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  A code fix is provided.
  Updated the Create Permission form in the REST API dashboard to
  load the correct values for the type of permission being created
  for "eInvoicing Entity", "Other" and "File Gateway" types.
  
  This defect addressed the issue of the creation of new
  permissions and not fixing existing permissions.
  
  We recommend using the REST API Permission Services to either
  update the existing permissions with the correct permissionType
  (eInvoicing = 1000, File Gateway = 2000, Other = 99) or
  deletethe permission and then create a new permission, ensuring
  that the permissionType has the correct value.
