• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When trying to add new multirack rack environment profiles to
  existing
  shared service instances that already have a lot of
  environment profiles
  attached (reproduced with >10), it is almost impossible to
  add more as the browser freezes.
  The UI is very slow, takes a lot of time to show all attached
  environment profiles, until it's finished showing all attached
  environment profiles so one can't click on "Add environment
  profile(s)".
  Most off the time this doesn't finish because of a automatic
  refresh or the browser hangs. This happens with both firefox and
  google chrome.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Browser hanges when new environment profile added to shared
  service on a large environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• "Refresh" was fixed to handle more environment profiles - Fixed
  on Cloud Pak System 2.3.0.1 level.
