Error description

  • Error Description:


After restarting the Sterling B2B Integrator, which is a
clustered
environment with two adapter containers per node, the external
connections to the adapter
container that hosts the SFTP Server adapter are timing out.

Circumvention:

Restart the node (sometimes multiple times) until the
connections are established.

Temporary fix

  • Shutdown the SFTP server adapters before a restart and
bring them back up after the adapater container is back
up.
