Error description
There is an issue with this mechanism to track changes. This feature has been available since 2.2.5. After adding a patch several days ago, the output of the REST call to /admin/resources/psmpatches on IPAS contains the update information. The change had definitely been recorded on IPAS. When performing same call today, /admin/resources/psmpatches, it reports that no changes were recorded
