APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • There is an issue with this mechanism to track changes. This
feature has been available since 2.2.5.
After adding a patch several days ago, the output of the REST
call to /admin/resources/psmpatches on IPAS  contains the
update information.
The change had definitely been recorded on IPAS.

When performing same call today, /admin/resources/psmpatches,
it reports that no changes were recorded

Problem summary

  • Patches recorded in PSM patches database have disappeared.

Problem conclusion

  • This has been fixed in IBM PureApplication 2.2.6.0 release.
