Error description

• Environment: PcomV13.0 , PcomV13.0.1
  
  TextFitMaxWindow .WS keyword does not work in PcomV13.0 and
  PcomV13.0.1. That keyword works in PcomV12.0.3.
  
  Character spacing to fit maximized window in Japanese DBCS
  session
  
  For the Japanese version of PCOMM, if your screen resolution
  width exceeds 1280 pixels, you can enter the keyword
  "TextFitMaxWindow" in the .WS profile under [DBCS] stanza to
  choose spacing between characters to fit PCOMM's maximized
  window. When "TextFitMaxWindow=N" is set, the
  character spacing in the display will be narrower. The default
  value is Y.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create new session (In PCOMM v13)
  2. Connect to host
  3. Save the session
  4. Open the saved .ws file (configuration) and include below
  keyword and save it

  TextFitMaxWindow = N
  .
  5. Launch the modified .ws file and let it connect to host
  Setting TextFitMaxWindow as N has no effect
  Note: TextFitMaxWindow keyword is set as Y by default.
  

Problem conclusion

• This is a regression of Fonts Scaling implementation in PCOMM
  v13.0. Changes are made in PCSWS.EXE and PCSFONT.DLL to restore
  TextFitMaxWindow functionality for Japanese users.
  Fix scheduled for PCOMM v13.0.2.0 Refresh Pack
