Error description
Errors AMQ9511 and AMQ9448 are logged along with FFST regarding ProbeID: RM220005 and Probe Type: MSGAMQ9511 given by one or more slave repmans due to inconsistencies between CPUs regarding subscriptions in number and referenced object as well as expiration time. When multiple slaves are affected, in consequence the problem described in IT24388 may occur. This is a generic description of a multi root cause error scenario, please also check APARs about other problems identified: IT25665, IT25666, IT25669, IT25671. This APAR is about problems in maintenance to consistently identify objects held in use by the queue manger, which need to be refreshed to prevent expiry of their subscriptions.
Local fix

Problem summary
The information if an object is in use or not is kept in shared memory, due to this, this information differs for each CPU. This breaks master to slaves synchronization of refresh operations for objects held in use by the queue manager.
Problem conclusion
Code was changed to record information if an object was refreshed by the master in metadata provided along with the processed request to the slaves and to rely in slaves on this recorded information to determine if an object needs to be refreshed or not instead of local shared memory state.
