Error description

  • Personal Communications 12.0.2

Print Screen of some ISPF panels results in unreadable
characters after the first line of text. This worked OK using
    PCOM 6.0.4 level.

Some ISPF panels use APL graphics characters to draw lines and
boxes around the text. When AICAPL font is installed into
Windows, the bad output is produced.

Local fix

  • Remove AICAPL font from Windows operating system.
