IT25485: THE HTTP GET SERVICE IS RETRIEVING A TRUNCATED FILE FROM AN HTTPSERVER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Two HTTP connections are created to the HTTP Server with IP
  XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX port 443 simultaneously.
  
  It seems that the Server does not like that both connections
  are happening in parallel and therefore shuts both connections
  down.
  
  Observed that when the downloaded text file is truncated, two
  connections to the server for the same file are triggered which
  is not the case when it is replayed, where you can only see one.
  
  The BP which extracts the file gets triggered after receiving a
  file from the Back End.
  
  Normally 2 different files are sent at the same time from the
  Back End which point to 2 different URLs in the same server
  where the customer extracts files from.
  
  One file is always successfully extracted, the other one fails.
  
  The file that fails is normally 35 KB in size and the one that
  never fails is 4 KB.
