APAR status

Error description

  • XML schemas have specific element validations defined
(xsd:pattern) within schema that are not carried over into the
Application Integrator map when the schema is used to create
the map. For example, element has validation of maximum 17
characters and numbers in schema. But in the map created, it is
string with 256 characters.

Once detected, can edit the element Validation tab
