  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  There is significant input latency when entering text in the
  ESQL editor. This makes it difficult to perform ESQL
  development. The issue was caused by excessive calls to validate
  the source code in order to provide syntax highlighting.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ESQL Editor no longer makes as frequent calls to validate
  the ESQL code in order to provide syntax highlighting.
