After enabling the ACTIVEMQ Monitor again as per documentation:

IBM Sterling B2B Integrator does not startup anymore, because
ActiveMQ does not start.

Local fix

  • STRRTC - 560820

Circumvention:
Modify the ACTIVEMQDynamicclasspath.cfg in the properties
folder and change the entries for the files starting with
"jetty-"

which have a version number like *6.1.9*.jar to the version
number from the jar files which are actually available in:
<si_base_install_dir>/jar/activemq/5_2_0/jetty*

this should solve the startup problem.
