Error description

  • 1. Only PUT with an empty body will actually cause a refesh. In
addition, PUT will return an explicit JSON success or failure
method. The refresh parameter on a GET will be ignored.
2. The behavior will be the same for both internally-managed
and externally-managed env profiles
