Error description

• After upgrading from an earlier version to Spectrum Control
  5.2.14 or higher, the following error might be seen when running
  or creating Cognos reports.   It appears on the screen within
  Cognos and is logged in cogserver.log.  It can occur with
  predefined or custom reports from an earlier version.
  
  RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation
  'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-201'. UDA-SQL-0196 The table or
  view "T_RPT_STORAGE_VOLUME_MQT" was not found in the dictionary.
  
  
  This error occurs because the Cognos report attempts to
  reference T_RPT_STORAGE_VOLUME_MQT, which was removed starting
  with Spectrum Control 5.2.14.  It is no longer available and
  reports should not use it any longer.  Spectrum Control
  predefined report packages have been updated to reflect this.
  
  - Make sure the Cognos BI Reporting component (installed from
  the Spectrum Control installer) has been upgraded to the same
  version as the Spectrum Control server.
  - Update or recreate custom reports using up to date report
  packages after Cognos BI Reporting has been upgraded.

Problem conclusion

• The T_RPT_STORAGE_VOLUME_MQT table was removed on purpose and
  should no longer be referenced in reports.  No further Spectrum
  Control change is expected.  Resolve with the following:
  
  - Make sure the Cognos BI Reporting component (installed from
  the Spectrum Control installer) has been upgraded to the same
  version as the Spectrum Control server.
  - Update or recreate custom reports to use up to date report
  packages after Cognos BI Reporting has been upgraded.  Remove
  any references to T_RPT_STORAGE_VOLUME_MQT.
