Error description
When DataPower Load Balancer Group health check is configured to use TCP partial health check, the following errors may be logged in the default domain TCP connection attempt refused from <remote_host_IP> to <DataPower_IP> port <port_#>
Local fix
There are two work arounds 1. Use TCP full health check 2. Follow the below steps to configure DataPower to suppress the error messages. in the default domain logging target default-log event-filter 0x80e00173 exit write mem
Problem summary
DataPower network layer records a TCP half health check as an invalid connection and logs and error regarding this.
