Error description
When there is a very high number of rows in the OFTP_OBJECT table with a Status of SCHEDULED, the OFTP Schedule Adapter takes a long time to go to the Enabled state. As a consequence, Business Processes that make calls to the OFTP Scheduler Adapter will get errors as the adapter isn't available yet for processing. This behavior has only been noticed with MS SQL Server Databases.
Local fix
RTC - 542589 You can avoid the behavior by adding the following line in the customer_overrides.properties file: jdbcService.query.getObserveEntries = SELECT TOP 1000 EVENT_ID, STATUS, LPC, UPDATE_TIME FROM OFTP_OBJECT WHERE (EXTENSION_POINT & ?)<>0 AND (EXTENSION_POINT & ?)=0 Important Note: This override is only valid for MS SQL Server databases and will cause an SQL error if used for DB2 or Oracle.
