Error description
FileGatewayReroute process looping when customer replays failed routes. Customer system has two old files in IBM Sterling File Gateway that continue to replay every 5 minutes. Followig error message is raised : Failed to load message 1,117,839 from mailbox. Cause: java.lang.Exception: Missing Data for Replay: Document=null, Filename=file.zip, UserName=username most likely due to a system failure.. The files are not being deleted from the FG_REROUTE table.
