Problem summary
Users Affected: Customers using the Account News wizard to create User Account New items, when the system used to create the News item includes a date format that include the 't' character. Problem Description: In Locales where Localized Date Formats include the character 't', Accounts > User News > New Message wizard would crash on Date Range page. Platforms Affected: All
