Error description

• When a BACKUP VM is used to backup a VMware Site Recovery
  Manager placeholder VM, the backup intentionally skips the
  VM and logs the ANS2398I message. A summary_extended table
  entry is then created with the following values :
  
         AFFECTED: 0
           FAILED: 1
  COMPLETION_CODE: 6582
       SUCCESSFUL: NO
  
  With the fix for apar IT09643, the summary_extended table
  entry is created with the following values :
  
         AFFECTED: 0
           FAILED: 0
  COMPLETION_CODE: 6582
       SUCCESSFUL: NO
  
  Since the VM is intentionally skipped, it should not be reported
  as a failure.
