IT22664: SFTP SERVER ADAPTER FAILS TO START INTERMITTENTLY WHEN CONNECTEDTO PERIMETER SERVER IN SECURE ZONE

Error description

• In a few networks/setups, the connection between IBM Sterling
  B2B Integrator and Perimeter Server takes more than 60
  seconds, which is the default wait time of Perimeter Server to
  establish a connection.
  The fix is to cover scenarios which takes longer time.

Problem conclusion

• RESOLUTION SUMMARY:
  Made code changes to address this issue where the sftp server
  adapter startup process can wait for longer duration.
  
  As part of addressing this fix we have introduced a property in
  the perimeter.properties file called 'defaultBindTimeout' which
  defaults to 1m.
