    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A coding error with the queue manager's publish subscribe
messaging code could cause the queue manager to attempt to
deliver a message to a queue which had recently been deleted.
State information regarding the subscription associated with the
deleted queue was not correctly updated on an unsubscribe
operation. This then caused the queue manager to make the
illegal memory access (SIGSEGV) reported in the FDC.

Problem conclusion

  • The coding error has been corrected to ensure that the state
information is updated correctly during the unsubscribe
    operation.
