Error description

• While using a WebService Interface and IBM Sterling B2B
  Integrator, the customer provides the remote Trading Partner
  with the new self-signed system certificate key (encryption key)
  to use.
  
  Subsequently, the customer receives the encrypted and signed
  SOAP Message into IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Web Service and BP
  WS_MessageHandler fails:
  
  SOA Inbound Security Service with message
  
  Cannot encrypt/decrypt data; nested exception is:
  com.sterlingcommerce.woodstock.services.soa.common.SOAPException
