IT20810: INCORRECT CCSID IN THAI LOCALE

Error description

• IBM Integration Bus incorrectly converts code page 874 (Thai)
  to Coded Character Set Identifier 1161, which is Thai with the
  'Euro' sign. If this CCSID is not defined in the system, it can
  cause abends when calling ICU functions.
  

Local fix

• Set environment variable MQSI_LOCAL_CCSID=874

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  IBM Integration Bus converts code page 874 (Thai) to Coded
  Character Set Identifier 1161, which is Thai with the 'Euro'
  sign. If this CCSID is not defined in the system, it can cause
  abends when calling ICU functions, making it impossible to
  execute mqsi commands.
  
  The abends occur when opening an IIB command prompt during
  mqsiexplain call.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM Integration Bus now sets CCSID to 874 for code page
  'windows-874'. This can be overridden using environment variable
  MQSI_LOCAL_CCSID.
