APAR status

Error description

• after changing device name in web gui a new snapshot entry is
  created on t_res_storage_subsystem_snapshot table with different
  provided user name. the primary key of this table consists of
  name, name_format, snapshot_id and for the same name, name_forma
  t there will be snapshots with different user provided name. the
  storage system name should be fetched from t_res_storage_subsyst
  em table where we have just one row for each device and this row
  has the latest user provided name.
