APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The Softstop feature completes only when the
    BPExecutionTimeout has been met even though all BPs completed
    or moved to the other node 6 minutes earlier.
    Errors in the system log are as shown below:
    
    [2016-11-28 15:17:16.715] ERROR
    WorkFlowThreadPool:executeBPsOnQueue Error in awaiting for
    termination for workflow queue 6 Exception Failed to get
    response from Ops for command: GETCLIENTSESSIONBPS..  Assuming
    queue is not ready for shutdown yet.
    
    
    This was tracked to this SQL query in jdbc.properties:-
    
    # Get workflows with one of its braches is in waiting
    waiting_on_io or aynch_queued status
    query.getWorkflowsForSoftstopInClientSession=select
    wfc1.WORKFLOW_ID, wfc1.WFC_ID from WORKFLOW_CONTEXT wfc1 where
