Error description

  • In this scenario the Data Server PORT was manually changed to a
    non-default and customized PORT post original installation and
    prior to upgrade attempt.
    
    Trace Install logs reveals the following message which is
    incorrectly identifying the current custom configured Data
    Server Port which causes the Device Server Component to fail in
    upgrade.
