  • Cold start might resolve the problem.
    

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
    Users trying to start a queue manager after unexpected failures
    (e.g. queue manager crash because of a full file system).
    
    
    Platforms affected:

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    This problem occurred because of an inconsistency in acquiring
    and releasing the object catalog lock during queue manager
    restart.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM MQ code has been modified the remove the inconsistency
    in the object catalog locking during queue manager restart.
