  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  After applying APAR IT08581, decimal elements part of JSON array
  having fractional part greater than or equal to 15 will
  incorrectly get serialized as empty value instead of mapping as
  DECIMAL.

  Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. For details

Problem conclusion

• The product now parses the decimal values from JSON array
  correctly.
