Error description
On Windows only, an ESQL call to an Oracle stored procedure fails if the procedure has at least two input parameters, the first being a CLOB parameter, and more than 3998 characters are bound to that first parameter. The ODBC driver returns the following error: [ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver] [Oracle]ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested. This is similar to APAR IT16549.

Problem conclusion
