Error description

• When user application writes to a MM primary volume via
  flashcopy, it forces the MM to drop to Preparing state, which
  also forces session goes from 'Full Duplex' to 'Copy Pending'
  state. This leads to a Suspend code 13 (copy pending indication)
   sends to TPC-R server. TPC-R does not process this 13 code, so
  it gets handled internally as an unexpected suspend event rather
   than a duplex pending event - so a default freeze command was
  sent to the session (an unexpected behavior).

  * Manager is available with every IBM Spectrum Control V5.2.8  *
  * or later license.                                            *
