Error description
A customer receives inbound files using CDSA to a mailbox that has encryption enabled. Restarting is disabled as a result of this. After the first file in the first CDSA session is received, then the second file is received. When this session breaks, CDSA stays in the 90 second socket retry timeout wait phase. During this phase, C:D UNIX sends the 2nd file successfully in the 2nd session. In S:I, the first file is stored to the mailbox. For the 2nd file (the restarted file), the routing fails with "Message ID not found". In the database, two messages show up both with the filename of the 1st successful file.
