Error description

• I always did PCOMM FTP from z/OS TSO (VB, EBCDIC) to Windows 7
  (ASCII) for a comma separated data set.
  
  Now, with MR 16 (verified also V12.1 and MR15 have the same
  problem) there are empty lines inserted.
  
  In fact the sequence is: line NUL CRLF line CR CRLF line CR
  CRLF etc.
  
  I have a file I downloaded June 2nd with an older PCOMM (don't
  know the version) without problems.

  Configure the FTP client to transfer z/OS files in ASCII mode.
  Select any file in the host which has some data and 2 or more
  newlines. Download this file from the host to the local PC.
  Locally downloaded file will have extra CR/LF (or new lines)
  added for each new line of the original data.
  
  This was caused by changes made in APAR IT06050. This does not
  happen if the file is downloaded in Binary mode.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSFTPLIB.DLL has been changed to eliminate the extra New Lines
  and also handle files with multiple NULLs in the data.
  
  Fix scheduled for PCOM 6.0.19 Refresh Pack
  Fix scheduled for PCOM 12.0.2 Refresh Pack
