IT19101: THE DMPMQMSG UTILITY REPORTS "INVALID ATTRIBUTE LINE" DURING THE LOAD OF A DATA SET THAT IS LARGER THAN 2GB

Error description

• For MQ V8, SupportPac MS03 was integrated into the product as
  the IBM MQ Queue load / unload utility.  For MQ on distributed
  platforms, this is implemented as the dmpmqmsg utility.
  
  The offload of a queue with a large queue depth works, but the
  reload fails.  For example:

  The problem occurs when processing an input data file which is
  larger than 2GB.
