Error description

• Analysis of the amqzlsa0 process indicates a gradual memory
  usage growth which does not reduce over time.
  

Local fix

• Restarting the queue manager releases the accumulated memory of
  the amqzlsa0 processes.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A coding erorr in the MQ queue manager meant that not all
  allocated memory was correctly freed when one or more
  asynchronous consumers connected using ISOLATED bindings.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ queue manager logic in this area has been modified to
  free allocated memory correctly.
