Error description

  • After upgrading to fix packs 8008, 9006 or 10006 or later, you
    might see that the broker wide listener rejects all https
    connections with the
    following error:
    
    javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: no cipher suites in common

    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of WebSphere Message Broker V8.0.0.8 and IBM
    Integration Bus V9.0.0.6 and V10.0.0.6 or later fixpack
    versions, with the broker wide listener configured for SSL.

    z/OS, MultiPlatform

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    After upgrading to WebSphere Message Broker 8.0.0.8 or IBM
    Integration Bus 9.0.0.6 or  IBM Integration Bus 10.0.0.6 or
    subsequent fixpacks of the product, you might see that the
    broker wide http listener rejects all https connections with the
     following error:
    
     javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: no cipher suites in common
