Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Control upgrade may fail with error:
  BPCIN0004E An error occurred during the installation of the
  Web-based GUI component.
  The installer is backing up the WAS configuration and it fails
  if there is not enough place in /tmp.
  
  
  The minimum space required for /tmp is 1GB:
