Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM Integration Bus V10.0 using the MRM parser with
    shared libraries.

    Platforms affected:
    MultiPlatform, z/OS

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When an MRM message is created in an application that contains
the message set, is passed to a subflow in a shared library, an
exception BIP5304 is thrown while parsing or serializing the
    message.

By design, shared libraries do not have access to resources that
are owned by an application. Hence a subflow in a shared library
is not allowed to create an MRM message for message set that is
defined under the application. However if the message is created
in application, then the message should be passed to the shared
library along with message context and should be
parseable/serializable inside subflow in a shared library.

There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. For details
