Error description

• When user or service traces are enabled, the Mapping node can
  throw a NullPointerException. This can happen when an optional
  Properties tree is not included in the message.
  
  The error message will be:
  
  BIP3949E: An error occurred during the processing of a message.
  The error message is ''java.lang.NullPointerException''

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When user or service traces are enabled, the Mapping node can
  throw a NullPointerException. This can happen when an optional
  Properties tree is not included in the message.

  There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
  Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0.  For details

Problem conclusion

• The Mapping node no longer throws exceptions under the
  conditions described.
