IT18110: UNABLE TO DISABLE DEBUG PORT FROM TOOLKIT

Error description

• The toolkit gives you the ability to set the debug port but no
  way of turning it off.
  
  This is a problem if you do not have access to the broker
  using mqsi commands and therefore have no way of turning off the
  debugger.

  All user of IBM Integration Toolkit V9.0 and V10.0 using the
  flow debugger.

  Windows on x86-64 platform, Linux on x86-64 platform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Toolkit allows you to set the debug port on an Integration
  server but there is no way of turning it off.
  The only way to turn it off is via IIBExplorer (V9.0 only) or
  using the mqsichangeproperties command.

Problem conclusion

• The product has now allows you to configure the debug port to 0
  which turns off the debug port on the Integration Server.
