  Outbound AS2 message sent and received MDN in Sync mode fails
  to parse in IBM B2B Advanced Ccommunications with parsing error
  specific to chunked encoding/payload size.
  This only happens when processed through IBM Sterling B2B
  Integrator 5.2.6.1 version Perimeter Server.
